Return Policy
At Purimaa, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Purimaa website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Purimaa we have 7 days Refund policy, which gives you the option to return items purchased from Purimaa.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Guidelines For a Valid Return:
- All product tags are intact and in their original packaging
- The product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 12 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you, rest of cases customer needs to be pay return charges.
Note: In case order has been processed through different warehouses and if the return is required to be raised, it should be returned with respect to the same package.
To Return a Product to Purimaa, Please Follow Below Steps:
- Create a ‘Return Request’‘ under “My Orders” section of the Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us a basis on the return mode
- We didn’t offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing an order (In some of the cases customer needs to send it back by courier through 3PL Courier service.
Or To raise a return request please drop us an email on info@purimaa.com and we will process your request. Kindly share the Order id, product name, and product SKU in the email to avoid confusion.
Failure of Product Pick-up.
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91 98752 92752
Refund Policy
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 to 6 business days to have the product picked up from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund after a successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@purimaa.com within 3 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM- 6 PM.
Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Please Note:
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for a refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amounts of more than INR 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
Replacement Policy

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 94/95, dahya park society , near varsha veg. market , l.h.road , Surat – 395010
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
