Regrettably, cancellations are only permissible within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a store credit or a refund for the amount paid. However, if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, only a store credit will be provided.

In addition, we would appreciate it if you could share the reason for cancellation so that we can improve our services. Remember, we only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.
